What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local and session storage, work in the same way, so we treat them in the same way and list them below too.
Your choices
The first time you visit, we ask whether you allow our visit statistics and Google Maps. Nothing optional is switched on until you say yes, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all". We remember your answer for 180 days and then ask again. You can change your mind at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones, the booking form may not work. If you withdraw consent for Google Maps, we stop loading the map, but cookies Google has already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.

Payments
When you pay or set up a Direct Debit, you leave our website for the secure pages of our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe uses its own cookies there, which are needed to process the payment safely and prevent fraud; they are covered by Stripe's own cookie policy (stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal). We do not run any Stripe script on our own pages.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share information about your visit with advertisers.
